Mountain bike coaching for everyone
What we do
At ETC we specialize in mountain bike and gravel endurance / race events. Although we have coached athletes in triathlon, running, adventure races and ski mountaineering. Mountain biking is our bread and butter and where our passion lies.
How we do it
We first figure out your goals. Then using Training Peaks we put your events on the calendar. Then we count backwards and fill in the appropriate workouts to make you excel at your event. Then workouts are released weekly on Sunday after your progress has been checked from the previous week and adjustments are made. It is rare if not impossible that a plan does not need a weekly adjustment and sometimes plans are adjusted a few times a week when life’s priorities hit hard. Your progress will be carefully balanced with fatigue. If you put in the work and follow the suggestions then you will progress.
What you get
Training Peaks Premium for use as a workout calendar and fitness tracker
customized workouts designed around your own goals
comments encouraged on each workout
unlimited text with coach
fitness, workouts and progress broken down on wko5
